Most
non-Chinese residences travel out of the country during this week. I was not
one of them. I stayed in Shanghai for the week for the main reason that I
didn't have the funds to travel not even within China. This year the World
Architecture Festival was happening in Singapore at the same time and I wished
that I could have gone.
My moon festical was fairly uneventful. I did try to find an art store I was talk about without any luck. I was amazed at how cheap painting supplies were here. I will get some canvas and paints eventually. That was the extent of my week off. Sounds like a lot of fun, doesn't it?
